Authenticity And Reporting Fake Accentriks Products
How do I report fraud?
If you have ordered from – or seen – a fake website, website selling counterfeit, or unauthorized genuine goods, please report it to us at: fraud@accentriks.com
As a longstanding brand with a rich heritage and broad global awareness, Accentriks can unfortunately be a target of counterfeiters and unauthorized retailers. We encourage our customers to be aware when purchasing Accentriks products online.
You can be 100% satisfied that you are buying authentic Accentriks products when you shop at www.accentriks.com – our only official online storefront in Canada.
Please do not purchase Accentriks products from unauthorized retail channels such as discount websites and third-party marketplaces. Aside from the risk of receiving inferior products (or no products at all), personal information and credit card details may be vulnerable to theft or fraud.
How do I know I am buying authentic Accentriks products?
www.accentriks.com is our only official online storefront in Canada.
Are there clues a website is fake?
Yes – there are clues that can help you identify fake websites. However, sometimes a fake website looks incredibly real because our images are stolen by “copycat” scammers impersonating us. These scammers will steal your payment information and either send you: no products, counterfeit goods, unrelated cheap product or stolen genuine goods.
Here are some clues a website is fake:
The URL is questionable. We do not have any online discount outlets or shops. Any URL with “roots”, “discount”, “sale”, “outlet” “official”, “clearance”, “shop”, “top” or anything else is fake.
The price looks too good to be true.
The contact email is not a accentriks.com corporate address (e.g. is a hotmail.com, gmail.com, or yahoo.com email).
The policies such as shipping, refund etc, are poorly written or don’t make sense.
The URL is not secured with a security certificate. Look for a ‘lock’ icon at the top of your browser and a URL that starts with https. By clicking on the lock you are also able to determine the security certificate owner.
