How long will it take for my item to be made?

My standard processing time is currently 4-6 weeks.

How are your items shipped?

I ship all of my items via Canada Post with tracking. Within North America, tracked shipping is included for free. If you would like to use a specific courier for your order, please let me know in advance.

How and where are your products produced?

Every piece that I sell has been made by myself at my own workshop in the Niagara Region, Ontario, Canada.

What type of leather do you use?

The leather that I use comes from some of the most renowned tanneries around the world. I’ve used leather from many different tanneries and have carefully selected the types that I think are best suited for the type of goods that I make. You can read more about the leather HERE.

Can you do rush orders?

If you need an item and you’re on a tight deadline, let me know and I’ll see if I can accommodate.

I’d like you to make something that isn’t on your site. Can you do that?

A large part of what I do is bespoke work. Feel free to message me and I’ll let you know if I’m able to create what you’re looking for.

Do you accept returns?

Because every piece I create is customized, I do not accept returns unless otherwise discussed.
